When your order is received, you will be emailed an order confirmation. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that we are unable to deliver your order we will inform you and cancel the order. 


After you receive email confirmation of your order, dispatch usually happens on the next working day.

All UK packages are sent out by:

  • Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class - £4.50.
  • Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class - £3.50.
 We currently only deliver to the UK, but watch this space. 



Returns Policy
If it turns out that you're not happy with your Unherd product due to damage or default, we are happy to refund you the full cost of your order, excluding postage.
Please return your goods unused to us within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a full refund. All products must be in their original packaging and unused. This does not affect your usual consumer rights.
We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.
Refund of goods usually occurs within 7 days of the refund request.
